How to make your payment:
BY CHEQUE
Please allow a
minimum of 7 to 14 working days
from the time you send us the cheque.
BY Bank DRAFT
Please allow a
minimum of 10 working days from the time
you send us the draft.
BY CASH
You could also pay us by 'Cash' for the travel services you wish to
book in case you are not comfortable with the above booking options. We
always issue a receipt to acknowledge your payment.
Your booking will be confirmed subject to availability.
BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
You can
make a direct transfer of funds from your Bank account to our ICICI Bank
account.
Payments Terms
Once you have decided which tour to take,
we would require you to send us a 10% deposit, which will secure the
tour for you.
Within 14 days, we will ask you to make the remaining payment for your tour -- once this has been done, you will receive your complete itenerary together with flight tickets (if your flights were booked with us).
For special tours such as Luxury Train Bookings, Hotel or Tour Package bookings during festive dates and peak periods, we will require the full payment in advance as per the policy of the hotels in India, as to avoid any cancellation charges.
Cancellation and refunds
If you change your mind within the 14 days period, we will make a deduction for administrative costs before refunding your remaining deposit.
All cancellations must be advised to us via email or by telephone on the numbers given in our contact page of this website.
We reserve the right to
make deductions from your refund according to the table below:
- Before 45 days of arrival - 5% of the total tour cost
- From 45 days to 30 days - 10% of the total tour cost
- From 29 days to 15 days - 15% of the total tour cost
- From 14 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 20% of the total tour cost
- From 48 hours to arrival - 50% of the total tour cost
- Less than 48 hours notice or NO SHOW - NO REFUND
Liabilities
Royal Rajasthan Tours India (P) Ltd. and all it's
representative are
committed to
provide the best of their services to every customer. While offering
any
travel related service to the customer, we endeavor to ensure that
all the
information given by us on our website or through any other source
or
provided by our representative, are complete and accurate. We
neither
guarantee nor take any responsibility for the accuracy and
completeness of
the given information. We also do not take the responsible for any
complaint
/ dispute between the customer and any hotel. For any complaint, we
request
our customer to send us a written note in detail through fax OR
e-mail as to
enable us forward the same to the hotel for their clarification and
further
action on the same. We do not take any responsibility for any
compensation
due to any complaint and dispute between the client and the hotel.
Our packages and other rate offers are inclusive of the services
specified
in our contract sent to the customer during the course of
correspondence.
Services such as monument/museum entry tickets, travel insurance,
special
services / parties, personal expenses etc. are not included in our
offers
unless specified.
Any additional
expenses incurred during the
tour due
to any unforeseen circumstances such as political closure, natural
hazard,
technical failure, flight delay / cancellation, sickness or any
other
unforeseen circumstances will be paid for by the customer.
Any
additional tax
introduced by the State/Central Govt. of India or any hike in
diesel/petrol
rate,
museum/monument entry tickets, guide fee etc. incurred during the
course of
fulfillment of the tour, will be charged to the customer
accordingly.
We do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to
person or persons, or loss or damage to property due to any natural
reasons, accident, technical
fault,
strikes, riots, thefts, war situation, civil disturbances, or any
other
reasons beyond our control. We request all our customers to arrange
comprehensive insurance cover from their country of origin BEFORE
booking a tour.
